General
Start-up of the «official electronic post box», the so-called PostBox, based upon secure and identified electronic communication. Afterwards, additional applications have been included to evolve towards an "electronic home desk" that eases day-to-day administrative burden. In addition it offers to senders a complete messaging solution for both electronic and physical delivery.
