General
J2EE Development for miscellaneous in-house projects:
1. ICT Inventory application: Refactoring of existing web application to use Struts, JSTL, Ant, JUnit, + development of new functional block to manage the hardware move to a new building.
2. Tax-on-Web 2004 Back office: updating functionality to transfer online declarations to Bull mainframe & different taxation offices, hereby reintegrating code base of new Tax-on-Web 2004 web application.
3. Administration of TVA client listings on magnetic supports: Functional proposal + implementation of new application to administrate the handling of all TVA client listings the Ministry receives on magnetic supports (disk, CD-ROM, cartridge) and processes on the Siemens BS2000 Mainframe..

	Development of new functionality & refactoring of existing functionality of different J2EE applications
	Implementation of unit tests using Jakarta JUnit & AspectJ
	Improvements to existing Oracle Database structure
	Production deployment and maintenance
	Coaching & technical guidance of internal developers (through some pair programming & workshops)
	Technical guidance in project management/planning
	Coaching of development team
